根据此前鲍威尔的发言习惯来推测，前半段讲话的内容依然会提及美国经济的复苏，主要在中段和后半段的讲话中，对于贸易摩擦以及近期发生新兴市场的货币危机的态度，只因新兴市场的货币危机来源于美元的升值，美联储接下来的货币政策将直接影响到他国货币的价值。
