电话下单
当透过电话下单时，客户将会收到跟外汇交易平台相同的报价。在交易时间内，大田提供足够的交易专用电话线及交易员来处理所有客户的交易，而且绝对不会收取额外费用。
什么时候需要致电交易电话号码？
大田鼓励所有客户在以下情况发生时，主动联络大田环球交易室：
- 无法使用计算机或连接国际互联网
- 在线下单后没有收到确认
- 网络断线或无法连接到大田环球的服务器
- 任何与上述交易下单无关的查询，请致电大田的客户服务员联络。
如果发现交易错误应该如何处理？
如果您认为交易出错，请立即与客户服务联络，并请先确定您已预备好有关交易的所有资料，包括成交单据号码、交易时间及问题详情。大田将会审查有关交易，及在有需要时尽快作出调整。
人工电话交易细则—无交易员平台
如果客户想通过电话交易，以下是相关的程序：
交易者： 当致电交易室时，交易者一开始必须说明他的交易账户类型。
交易室： 「请问您的交易账号是什么呢？」
交易者： 「我的账号是81112228。」
交易室： 「请问您的密码是什么？」
交易者： 「123456」
交易室： 人员核实致电者正是该账户的持有人
交易者： 「我想以市价买入3手伦敦金。」
交易室： 「您的单子已经成交，成交价格是1350.80。」
注： 使用无交易员平台，大田员工的角色只是作为代客执行交易的代理，并不是作为交易员给予客户报价。所以，当您道出下单要求后，大田环球的员工会告知您交易的状况及已成交之价格。
