林幽沃：中美摩擦加大，美元指数显露疲态
在近期全球贸易进一步受到挑战，特朗普再次扩大加增税收的清单至2000亿美元，进一步渗透各个领域，但主要攻击对象仍然是制造业。现在特朗普政府不仅要打击高端科技产业，也在不断通过各种政策来吸引低端制造业的回流，令到我国受到的考验较为严峻。
在中美摩擦的影响下，美元指数在前期一直高歌猛进，原因是市场认为美国经济复苏领先于其他国家，另一方面，美联储率先进入加息周期令美国基准利率不断上升，也吸引了热钱换成美元，从而令到美元指数上涨。
但就在近期，美元指数的走势仿佛不像此前如此强势，在多次上攻未能突破前高的情况下，整体走势显露出疲态，甚至在技术面上也出现了日线背离的迹象。虽然目前走势未能确认下跌，但多次上攻未能破高已成事实。
大田环球分析师林幽沃认为，在美元迟迟未能破高的情况下有形成头部的迹象，而另一方面欧元和英镑都出现了二次回踩低点的走势。所有非美货币与以美元计价的商品都命悬一线，美元如果继续发力破高，非美货币与商品都会陷入恐慌式下跌，需要注意风险。
