熊傲君：国际油价暴跌

周三油价同样出现暴跌，跌幅近7%，由高位直接跌回至70下方，这个下跌幅度也是油价两年来最大的的跌幅，即使美国EIA原油库存创下2016年9月份以来最大单周降幅，也未能阻止油价大跌。其主要原因可能是在于此前利比亚宣布重新开放关键的石油出口港口，再加上部分消息面开始对于原油转向不利局面。
利比亚港口恢复
利比亚昨日宣布重新开放主要石油出口港口，利比亚国有的国家石油公司周三称，在一个武装派系交出对东部石油港口的控制权后，该公司将解除这些港口的不可抗力状态，这为石油生产回归正常水平铺平了道路。
美元依旧强势
美元走势目前依旧强势，昨日反弹力度非常强大，此前的头部形态无法延续，由于油价以美元计算，美元的走强自然也会在一定程度上给原油带来施压，包括所有的非美货币昨天走势都相当低迷。
美国放宽限制伊朗
昨日还传出了一条消息，美国可能放宽限制伊朗原油出口的制裁，美国国务卿蓬佩奥当地时间周二表示，正考虑对部分国家豁免本将于11月4日生效的伊朗石油全面禁运协议。伊朗出口如果能够得到放宽，市场的产量会得到提升。
产量已正在增加
上次OPEC会议已经就产量增加问题进行了讨论，当时油价也是一度承压，只是后来因为增产量不及预期，导致油价再冲了一波，但最新OPEC月度报告显示，OPEC以外的产油国2019年将提供足够多的石油产量，来满足需求的增长。预计非OPEC产油国2019年石油供应将增加210万桶/日，增幅有望创五年来最大。
