现货黄金在上周表现出色，周五晚间受美联储主席鲍威尔讲话影响出现暴涨行情，现货黄金多头一举攻下1200大关并且直至收市前站稳在上方，扭转前期疲弱的走势。而另一方面，由于当晚鲍威尔的讲话并没有降低美联储在9月加息的概率，导致美元只出现小幅度的回撤，现货黄金在出现暴涨行情后在本周能否守住1200大关成为关注重点。
在本次黄金冲上1200大关上方，大田环球贵金属林幽沃认为主要的看点其实是美元指数跌幅不大。在没有国际大事件发生的时候，美元指数与现货黄金往往呈相反走势。而在周五美联储主席鲍威尔讲话的影响中，现货黄金在暴涨的时候，美元指数仅仅只是小幅回踩前方支撑，并无跌破关键位置。目前苦苦支撑美元指数的是2018年内还有两次加息的预期，这也是造成非美货币以及商品类无法反攻的压制。
虽然现货黄金受到美联储高概率加息的压制，但从行情上看，在上周五的暴涨后收线为技术面创下良好的延续涨势的基础，而前提下是在本周初不能出现暴跌吞没的行情。目前，周初的调整需求较大，现货黄金能否死守1200大关变成最终的多空攻防战。如能守住，现货黄金则有望无视美元的强势进入多头行情，否则又即将进入万劫不复的空头行情。
