林幽沃:关键的一周“特金会、三大央行利率决议”
在G7领导人会议结束后,本周二在新加坡将迎来美朝峰会举行,而在稍后周四的时段开始,三大央行将接6月利率决议的结果。
1,美联储将在周四凌晨2:00公布利率决议结果以及2:30举行新闻发布会。
2,欧洲央行在周四晚间19:45公布利率决议结果以及20:30举行新闻发布会。
3,日本央行在周五早上11:00公布利率决议及政策声明。

美朝峰会要点
本次特金会的要点分别是半岛无核化与停战协议转化为和平协议。那半岛无核化将是本次“特金会”最为重要的内容,如果在半岛无核化上的问题不能取得共识,后面的议题将很难开展。
不过,此前特朗普曾表示“不会在本次会议上签订任何协议”,该言论表明将停战协议转为和平协议的可能性较低,只能认为双方都愿意在和平发展上踏出一步。
大田环球贵金属林幽沃认为,由此可见,特金会的举行可能对现货黄金出现突破行情的可能性较小,但短期内有望再次看到现货黄金在区间内出现快速行情,届时需要注意风险。
三大央行利率决议
1,美联储:6月加息已经是大概率事情,市场没有过多炒作。市场关注点目前在随后鲍威尔新闻发布会上,注意在靓丽的美国经济数据摆在美联储的面前,能否加速加息的步伐。
2,欧洲央行:市场对欧洲央行的关注点在于何时退出QE和何时加息,目前如果本次会议证实此前的官员发表年内退出QE的话语,那么欧元在下年实行加息的概率将非常大。
3,日本央行:处于负利率的日本央行,在2017年末的时候通胀急速上行,但到了2018年却疲弱了下来。在安倍经济学的政策下,日本央行很难开展紧缩货币政策。
总结
大田环球贵金属林幽沃认为,本周初特金会的影响未必像市场所想一样,对行情带来太大的突破。而重点在于周尾的各央行发表对2018年后半年的政策,特别是美联储是否会提速在2018年加息4次,和欧洲央行确认退出QE的看点。
