林幽沃：沙特与美国的阴谋
OPEC减产已经长达一年时间之多，油价受减产消息的提振一路从历史低位25美元/桶上行至近期72美元/桶附近。在这一年多时间内，油价的转变迎来翻天覆地的变化，而近期又有消息出炉，OPEC与俄罗斯打算在2018年6月的会议上导论增产的计划。
当前原油价格在60美元/桶上方持续站稳，已经高于OPEC最初订立的目标价格55美元/桶，对于以卖石油为生的产油国，已经逐步露出增产的念头。
市场再平衡是下个月将于维也纳举行的OPEC及其减产盟国的核心议题。
以沙特为首的产油国之所以计划增加产量，主要是因为担心经济危机导致委内瑞拉产量进一步降低， 以及潜在的伊朗供应缺口将冲击全球供应量。
沙特与美国正在进行完美的控制油市供应的配合：
大田环球贵金属林幽沃认为：美国利用退出伊核协议与对伊朗的经济制裁进一步推高油价，让盟友拒绝购买伊朗的原油。市场供应的缺口在此时让自己和在中东的代言人沙特等国提升原油产量，占领伊朗原油的市场份额。
然而，欧洲等原油消费国洞悉了美国这一目的，选择继续留在伊核协议当中，避免美国和沙特等国完全控制油市，这一较量还在进行之中。
目前，油价受到了增产的消息导致严重受挫，短短数日间从72美元/桶附近下跌至66美元/桶附近。但随着中东局势的进一步恶化，伊朗也会做出相对的反击令OPEC其他产油国的计划不能顺利，原油的价格有可能会进一步受到中东局势的严峻所上升。
