黄绍山：特朗普将再次开启“232调查”
2017年4月20日、4月24日，应美国总统特朗普要求，美国商务部对进口钢铁产品和进口的铝产品启动232调查，时隔至2018年3月8日，美国总统特朗普正式签署公告，就进口钢铁产品征收25%关税，进口铝产品征收10%关税，并于3月23日正式生效，而各个国家也一致不赞同特朗普此次对钢材及铝产品增加征收关税。
北京时间5月23日，大田环球据白宫发布声明，特朗普当日于美国商务部部长罗斯就美国目前汽车工业现状进行了一轮讨论并指示罗斯需要考虑对卡车在内的进口汽车以及汽车零部件发起“232调查”。大田环球据报道得知，目前美国商务部方面尚未公布听证会时间，未来进口汽车或有可能增添新的关税，增收将高达25%的税费。
在过去20年，美国进口客用车辆从32%增长至48%，自1990年到2017年美国汽车工业就业率下降22%，目前美国汽车生产商仅占据全球汽车行业研发比例的20%，美国汽车零部件生产商仅占7%，总体而言美国由于几十年来不停进口此类商品，而导致美国汽车工业的削弱以及经济的损失。
大田环球贵金属黄绍山认为，一年前特朗普对钢材产品和进口铝启动“232调查”，一年后美国总统特朗普正式签署公告，而现在特朗普又打算对进口车、越野车、货车、卡车和汽车零部件等征收关税，无疑对于汽车出口国的日本和德国的重大冲击，一波未平一波又再起，在目前看来美国方面想借助贸易战来换取和其他国家谈判的筹码，从中获得利益的策略可是越来越明显了。
