林幽沃：中美贸易战实现双赢
中美经贸磋商迎来新进展，中美两国在华盛顿就贸易问题发表联合声明，声明中提及到中美双方达成共识，停止互相加征关税，在未来减少中国对美国贸易顺差等重要议题。表明了双方立场重新回到合作之中，停止中美贸易战继续升温的可能性。
中美贸易战谁占上风？中国在贸易问题上对美国作出了妥协，同意此前美国方面一直提到要缩减对华贸易逆差的问题。
本次中美发布的联合声明，不仅说明美国需要中国这个贸易伙伴，也说明中国在当今时代的重要程度，在本次宣布“停战协议”后，两国将会开启新的合作周期。
“中美双方将在能源、农产品、医疗、高科技产品、金融等领域加强贸易合作，既可以推动我国经济转向高质量发展，满足人民的需要，也有利于美方削减贸易赤字，是双赢的选择。”
从中国代表说的话中可以看出，虽然表明上中国满足了美国的要求，但是从根本上来说本国有需求才能加大进口，此项举动不仅有助矛盾化解，也能满足人们对物质的需求。
此前市场曾有传言美国需减少2000亿美元的贸易逆差作为谈判条件，但在本次声明中没有提及到具体缩减金额，并且否定2000亿美元的传言。
在目前来看，美国需要中国巨大的市场来推动企业出口的渠道，而中国在技术水平上不及美国，依然需要美国的高科技产品作为核心基础，中美关系依然是互助互利的状态。
在此前大田环球贵金属分析师林幽沃曾经提及到，中美贸易战真生发生的机会微乎其微，中美关系已经发展到密不可分的阶段，在中国快速发展数十年间，美国提供不少帮助。在中国站稳步脚后，美国意欲寻求回报，发动了本次所谓的贸易战，目的是将中国拉到谈判桌上重新分配利益。
