英國首相特雷莎·梅：允許對脫歐法案進行二讀意味著將允許議會就海關問題和二次公投做出決定；重申反對第二次公投的立場，議會在與歐盟的關稅同盟上存在分歧；會將脫歐法案交至議會投票，議員有機會修訂脫歐法案。
愛爾蘭總理瓦拉德卡：脫歐具有“巨大不確定性”，下周很可能會與英國首相特雷莎·梅會面。
英國上月通脹升幅低於投資者預期。英國央行此前曾預期通脹會升至今年最高水準，受能源帳單上漲的推動。 近期的通脹走弱，再加上44年來最低的失業率和不斷上漲的工資，已經減輕了許多家庭對英國脫歐的不確定性，這些家庭的支出推動著英國經濟。

歐洲時段，歐元兌美元交投於1.1166，日內波動有限。分析師表示，市場人氣仍然脆弱，因貿易風險仍在不斷升級。分析師表示，全球貿易爭端不會輕易得到解決，因此避險情緒不會突然消散，市場人氣只會每次略有改善。近幾周受到美元上漲壓力，而且市場擔心疑歐派政黨可能在即將到來的歐洲議會選舉中取得佳績。
歐洲時段，現貨黃金交投於1275美元/盎司，美元的強勁表現一度使得黃金承壓，但隨著美元指數有所回落，金價短線小幅走高。整個市場都在繼續關注貿易爭端的進展，目前看貿易風險仍在不斷上升，這將進一步打壓全球股市，也令黃金避險需求增加。另一方面，明天淩晨將要公佈的美聯儲會議紀要也是市場的一大焦點。
