歐洲數據繼續慘澹，歐元需求不佳

週四時段，美原油出現回落走勢，同時一度跌破七周新低。同時國際貿易緊張局勢對需求的負面影響持續發酵，德國相關經濟數據均不及預期，強化市場對經濟放緩的憂慮。
近期地緣局勢的擔憂情緒以及OPEC決定維持減產對油價構成了支撐，受此影響，本周初美原油一度觸及64美元一線附近。
不過隨著國際貿易緊張局勢再起，市場對於需求下降的擔憂情緒明顯回升。週二總部位於巴黎的經合組織智庫表示，小幅下調2019年全球經濟增長率至3.2% ，比3月份的預測下降0.1%。同時該組織預測2019年的商業投資增長率為1.75％，較之2017年和2018年3.5％的增長率將出現明顯的下降。
對此，牛津能源研究所表示，未來幾個月供需面的不確定性將會加劇，且短時間難以解決。能源諮詢機構伍德·麥肯茲則表示，預計2019年全球能源需求將增加110萬桶/日，2020年將加速增加150萬桶/日，其中大部分增長來自於亞洲和美國石化產品的生產需求，但是目前貿易局勢顯然對於亞洲煉廠的原油進口需求產生明顯的抑制作用，這可能會降低需求增速。
週四歐洲公佈的一系列經濟數據也不及預期，強化了市場對於歐洲經濟放緩的憂慮情緒。數據顯示，歐元區5月Markit製造業PMI初值、德國5月IFO商業景氣指數均不及預期，這使得歐元刷新了4月26日新低。受此影響，布倫特原油失守70美元關口。
而晚間歐洲央行會議紀要則直言，對2019年下半年復蘇的信心有所下降，但數據仍與基線保持一致；近期部分數據甚至比預期還要弱；全球經濟活動放緩的跡象仍在繼續，貿易疲軟仍在持續。進一步強化了市場對於歐洲經濟放緩的擔憂情緒，這使得美布兩油進一步走低，美原油失守60美元關口。
分析人士表示，OPEC+主導的減產以及委內瑞拉和伊朗原油產量的持續下降是使得2019年油市平衡的重要因素。隨著美國的持續施壓，以及俄羅斯增產的訴求不斷增加，除了委內瑞拉和伊朗的非自願減產外，其他產油國持續減產的可能不大，更多的是維持當前的產量甚至適度增產。如果近期地緣局勢沒有惡化的跡象，這可能會對油價構成壓力。
考慮到美國還在對伊朗和委內瑞拉同步實施制裁，一旦出現了更大的產量中斷，那麼OPEC目前僅剩的剩餘產能可能會顯得捉襟見肘。這可能反而會推升油價走高。
