變種病毒傳播刺激避險美元反彈，商品貨幣走低
周三(12月1日)美元指數漲0.12%至96.02，此前一度下跌0.24%；美債收益率曲線趨平；5s30s收益率差縮窄1.8個基點至61.1個基點。美聯儲主席鮑威爾周三再次強調美聯儲將控制住通脹，而且兩天內第二次表示將考慮加速減碼。
美國銀行預計美聯儲2022年加息3次 料美元跑贏
美國銀行Athanasios Vamvakidis和Paul Ciana等策略師在明年彙率展望中表示，收緊的貨幣政策、通脹和供應意外都是邁向2022年之際做多美元的積極信號。該行預計明年美聯儲將加息75個基點，2023年再加息4次，2024年1次。美國相對而言非常寬松的財政政策立場可能會迫使美聯儲比其他十國集團央行更多地收緊政策。該行下調2022年底前歐元兌美元彙率預測至1.10，美元兌日元預測上調至118。
巴克萊預測美聯儲2022年加息三次 明年5月將加息
巴克萊策略師Michael Gapen、Jonathan Millar和Pooja Sriram表示，美聯儲料將在明年1月宣布加快減碼，可能在4月中旬結束債券購買行動，並于5月份首次加息。預計2022年將有3次加息，每次幅度25個基點；2023年會再加息4次。預計委員會將宣布將把每月美債和抵押貸款支持證券的購買規模從600億美元和300億美元分別調降至500億美元和250億美元。
大田環球分析師也表示，官員們還可能討論將當前的減碼規模提高到300億美元/月，意味著在4月中旬收官。預計美聯儲將在2023年持續加息，但核心商品價格漲勢的急劇逆轉可能會導致加息軌迹變慢，如果不是直接暫停的話。美聯儲的措辭已經明顯改變，傾向于提前上調利率。巴克萊先前的預測是2023年加息3次，每次25個基點，但策略師現在預計有4次。
