鮑威爾發布鷹派言論後風險意願驟降，日元和瑞郎上揚
周二(11月30日)美元指數跌0.28％至95.91，回吐了鮑威爾在參議院委員會發表證詞後的漲幅；此前美聯儲主席鮑威爾表示，通脹風險已上升，並建議不再用“暫時”一詞來形容高通脹。他還推動美聯儲加快縮減資産購買規模。分析師表示，他的言論表明，迫切需要采取快速的貨幣政策行動，而金融市場可能還沒有做好準備。
通脹憂慮和疫情打壓美國消費者信心降至九個月最低
美國11月消費者信心指數跌至九個月低點，因人們擔心生活成本上升和對疫情的疲勞，但這可能不會改變本季度經濟增長更強勁的預期。
世界大型企業研究會周二公布的調查顯示，未來六個月，消費者購買房屋、汽車和大家電等大件商品的熱情將有所下降。但消費者對就業市場持樂觀看法，認為就業機會充足的人與認為就業機會難以獲得的人之間的差距擴大至紀錄高位。
“這不值得擔憂，因為支出和信心之間的關系很松散，尤其是在短期內，”穆迪分析資深分析師Ryan Sweet表示，“好消息是，11月消費者對就業市場的評估有所改善，預示就業增長將進一步加速。”
世企研表示，本月消費者信心指數降至109.5，為2月以來最低，10月為111.6。這項調查是在南非科學家上周宣布發現新的新冠變種Omicron之前進行的。
本月公布的數據顯示，美國經濟在第四季度加速增長，10月份消費者支出飙升，但明年的前景受到了Omicron變種的影響。
消費者對未來12個月的通脹預期從10月的7.1%飙升至11月的7.6%。

美國股市主要指數周二收低，此前美聯儲主席鮑威爾表示，隨著通脹風險的增加，美聯儲將考慮加快撤回債券購買計劃，讓原本就對新冠病毒新變體感到不安的市場更添壓力。
標普500跌1.9%，道指跌1.86%，納指跌1.55%。
鮑威爾的評論打亂了市場對縮減購債可能時間表的想法。“結果就是全面性的厭惡風險，”Wedbush證券公司股票交易總經理Michael James說。
“你還要考慮到Omicron變體的擔憂。你可以爭論這比較傾向是消息風險還是現實風險，但無論如何，它對石油，以及與經濟增長相關的一切都有重大影響。”
Janney Montgomery Scott首席投資策略師Mark Luschini說：“今天股價下跌的主要原因是鮑威爾的評論，關于即將召開的美聯儲會議，關于加速縮減美聯儲債券購買計劃，這顯然導致了明年加息更快到來的可能性。”
