風險偏好下降，日元瑞郎上漲，商品貨幣領跌
周一(8月16日)美元指數上漲0.05%，報92.60，上周五曾跌至92.468的一周低點。本周公布的美聯儲會議記錄將是美元短期前景的關鍵，尤其是如果會議記錄證實更多決策者傾向于在年底前縮減其債券購買計劃。美國10年期國債收益率走低，投資者等待周三發布美聯儲會議紀要。
法國興業銀行：將歐元兌美元預期下調至1.19
法國興業銀行將歐元兌美元2021年預期從1.22下調至1.19，2022年從1.26下調至1.12，比之前預期的要弱得多，美國聯邦基金利率目標短期內不會改變，利率市場預計到2022年底將加息12.5個基點，因此至少十二個月內仍不會加息，外彙市場一直在跟隨利率走勢，而不是相反，但即便如此，加息預期將在未來12個月穩定下來的想法也有些牽強，為了證明歐元兌美元跌至1.1200的合理性，收益率差需要擴大超過100個基點，歐元兌美元幾乎總是會超過利率週期，但在利率周期更接近之前，這種超調不太可能發生
星展銀行：美元兌日元關鍵支撐為108.72和108.20
星展銀行指出，動量指標走低使得美元兌日元在傑克遜霍爾全球央行年會風險事件發生前盤整，除非突破其長期阻力位111.66和112.40，否則仍然很容易受到影響，美元兌日元繼續保持在其關鍵阻力位111.66下方，再加上112.40，這些都是關鍵的長期阻力水平，要突破這些阻力水平才能形成頂部突破；盡管動能指標沒有顯示趨勢強度，但相對強弱指標和乖離率移動平均信號仍有利于美元中期走低，必須考慮102.59-111.66區間的38.2%斐波那契回撤位108.20，並略高于支撐位108.72，考慮到其在周線圖上與108.29一目均衡雲支撐位重合，前者應該具有一些意義，在傑克遜霍爾全球央行年會沒有明確指引的情況下，美元可能會遵守這些臨時參數。
荷蘭國際集團：澳元兌美元下行風險猶存
荷蘭國際集團認為，上周澳元兌美元仍然溫和承壓，實際上可以被視為澳元堅挺的迹象，展望未來，澳大利亞令人擔憂的新冠疫情將給澳元兌美元帶來壓力，澳大利亞面臨迄今為止最嚴重的新冠疫情危機，主要城市不得不進入或延長封鎖，澳大利亞只有16%的人口接種了疫苗，這一事實不利于迅速解決當前的疫情危機，鐵礦石價格繼續下跌，目前達到130美元/噸，接近5個月低點，加上周二將公布澳洲聯儲會議紀要，周四將公布澳大利亞7月就業報告，澳洲聯儲紀要中任何鴿派立場減弱的迹像或失業率再度輕微下降都可能對澳元沒什麽幫助，因為考慮到8月份澳大利亞新冠肺炎形勢的實質性惡化，這些數據被視為過時。
