黃金陷入低迷，要靠美聯儲拯救？
11月28日，現貨黃金走勢低迷，因強勢美元打壓金價。此前美聯儲官員正式，將進一步升息。同時中美貿易的緊張局勢也提升了美元的避險價值，美元一度上漲。但有跡象顯示美聯儲可能放緩升息步伐。
但美聯儲副主席克拉裏達週二表示，美聯儲應該繼續逐步上調利率，但監控經濟數據“尤為重要”，因貨幣政策愈發接近中性立場。
他表示：“隨著新的數據出爐，支持逐步實現政策正常化，因為這將使美聯儲從數據中積累更多有關政策利率最終目的地的資訊。”克拉裏達強調，美聯儲很難同時確定中性利率和最大就業水準。
市場焦點現已轉向美聯儲主席鮑威爾週三稍晚將發表的講話，以及週四將發佈的美聯儲11月7-8日政策會議記錄。市場希望深入瞭解美聯儲對於當前週期升息速度和次數的想法。
外界廣泛預計美聯儲下月將升息25個基點。但特朗普曾多次因美聯儲的貨幣政策立場而批評美聯儲和鮑威爾，稱美國利率上升打擊經濟。
美國總統特朗普週二在接受華盛頓郵報採訪時，稱對美聯儲的政策立場和主席鮑威爾不滿意，認為升息和其他美聯儲政策正在損害美國經濟。而去年正是特朗普欽定鮑威爾美聯儲主席一職。
因此，投資者還將關注美聯儲主席鮑威爾是否會回應特朗普對他表現出的日益加大的敵意。分析師認為，政治干涉不大可能改變美聯儲制定貨幣政策的方法。
美國總統特朗普和中國國家主席習近平將在本次G20峰會期間會晤，並討論貿易爭端問題。此次G20峰會將於11月30日至12月1日在布宜諾斯艾利斯召開。
白宮國家經濟委員會主任庫德洛週二表示，美國總統特朗普對與中國國家主席習近平共進晚餐時就美中貿易爭端達成協議持開放態度。
但特朗普本周在接受華爾街日報(WSJ)採訪時稱，他接受中方要求推遲上調關稅的可能性非常低。他表示中國必須接受來自美國的競爭並開放市場，他還表示如果G20期間中美元首會晤不成功，會對另外2670億美元中國輸美產品加征關稅。
