特朗普講話加劇全球局勢，美元迎來大反彈？

在G20峰會前夕，中國駐美大使就中美貿易關係發表了推文。而在隔夜，特朗普在推特上口頭轟炸英國首相與歐盟在脫歐上達成的協議，英鎊遭到全線拋售，美元多頭趁機上漲，創下兩周高位。
G20峰會逼近，特朗普又對中美貿易發表言論……據中華人民共和國駐美利堅合眾國大使館今天在官網發文稱，日前崔天凱大使接受了《華爾街日報》（Wall Street Journal）記者傑拉德·賽博（Gerald Seib）和鮑勃·戴維斯（Bob Davis）的專訪，就中美關係、中美貿易問題等回答了提問。
崔大使稱，中方期待著，也許我們的美方同事也同樣期待著，兩國元首在阿根廷再次會晤時將全面回顧北京會晤後中美關係的發展。此次會晤在時間上距特朗普總統對中國的國事訪問剛好一年多。因此我認為兩位領導人有必要回顧雙邊關係發展，並對中美關係發展方向以及雙方如何發展好這一組重要而複雜的雙邊關係作出戰略引領。希望這次會晤能推動雙方在經貿等諸多領域取得進一步進展。
特朗普昨天離開白宮去參加密西西比造勢集會時稱：“如今有了脫歐協議，她可能無法(他們可能無法)跟美國達成貿易協定。我認為他們根本不想要這樣，這對英美貿易協定負面影響很大。”
特朗普稱特雷莎·梅的脫歐協議“對歐盟來說是很好的交易”，並呼籲首相與布魯塞爾重啟談判。不過她與歐盟領導人周日達成協議時一再宣稱他們不會重新協商。
由於特朗普對於全球貿易的相關言論，美元最高升至97.29的近兩周以來高位。美元在過去兩日上漲，投資者買入這種全球流動性最高的貨幣避險，因為擔心全球經濟復蘇後勁不足。
值得注意的是，今天中國外交部發言人耿爽的言論也引發了市場走勢震盪，亞歐交替時段資金流再度為美元提供支撐，但在中國外交部發言人耿爽表示，特朗普與習近平就有必要達成互利互惠的協議取得共識後，出現了演算法交易賣盤。
