中美關稅生效，美聯儲決議即將開幕
中美貿易戰中，中美雙方互相加征關稅，北美自由貿易協定方案截止日期即將到來；同時本周重磅大戲當屬美聯儲利率決議和主席鮑威爾的講話，市場將對此進行提前佈局。
美國政府將於9月24日起對原產於中國的2000億美元商品加征10%的進口關稅。中國商務部決定對商務部63號公告和稅委會6號公告所附對美加征關稅商品清單的商品，自2018年9月24日12時01分起加征關稅。
上周五美元上漲，但創下2月來最大單周降幅。英鎊驟降，帶動美元上漲，因投資者愈發擔心英國在達不成貿易協議的情況下退出歐盟。英國首相特雷莎梅稱，歐盟必須對她的英退提議提出替代方案，退歐磋商陷入僵局，之前歐盟領導人在沒有完全解釋原因的情況下拒絕了她的計畫。英鎊兌美元跌近1.4%，錄得2017年6月來最大單日跌幅。
英國脫歐事務大臣拉布上周日稱：秋季不會進行新一輪大選；下一個里程碑將使10月的歐盟理事會會議；很難想像歐盟會在無協議脫歐的情況下堅持北愛爾蘭邊境的新框架；“加拿大式”自貿協議意味著英國將被困在歐盟的關稅同盟內，我們都希望可以達成自貿協議。
據韓聯社，韓國總統文在寅將於23日啟程前往紐約出席第73屆聯合國大會，並於當地時間24日同美國總統特朗普舉行會談。這是文在寅時隔4個月再次訪美，也是他就任以來第二次出席聯合國大會。
國防部新聞發言人吳謙就美宣佈制裁中國軍隊相關部門及負責人發表談話；9月20日，美國國務院宣佈對中國中央軍委裝備發展部及該部負責人實施制裁；中國軍隊對此表示強烈憤慨和堅決反對，並已向美方提出嚴正交涉和抗議；中俄軍事合作是主權國家之間的正常合作，符合國際法，美方無權干涉 。
