特朗普講話欲為貿易戰正名，黃金接受大考驗
今日國新辦就《關於中美經貿摩擦的事實與中方立場》白皮書有關情況舉行發佈會，此舉傢俱市場對貿易戰的擔憂。同時特朗普在聯大的講話極可能影響之後的日美貿易談判進展，同時英國脫歐的不確定性越加清晰。
由於本週四美聯儲將公佈利率決議，因此市場持謹慎態度，美元收窄日內跌幅。而市場預期美聯儲本周加息概率超九成，因此美元隨後出現了一波反彈。同時昨日中美關稅開始生效，這加劇了市場對於中美貿易戰的擔憂情緒，因此也在一定程度上對美元形成支撐。
不過有關人士指出儘管4月中旬以來因美國經濟表現優於預期以及美聯儲加息提振美元，但因政治風險和貿易緊張局勢，這將傷及美國的經濟，因此美元可能在2019年開始走軟，同時投資者將尋求新的投資管道。
亞盤時段，現貨黃金現報1199.75美元，漲幅0.06%。週一，美國對2000億美元中國商品徵收10%關稅，並計畫從明年1月1日起將稅率調高至25%。由於美方一意孤行，導致中美貿易摩擦不斷升級。為捍衛自由貿易和多邊體制，捍衛自身合法權益，中方不得不對已公佈的約600億美元清單商品實施加征關稅措施。
此前提到，近3年來黃金與歐元的走勢較為接近，受昨日德拉基放鷹的影響，黃金短線出現一波反彈，但隨著美元反彈，黃金回吐日內大部分漲幅。
本周需著重關注的是週四的加息點陣圖、鮑威爾講話、以及美國核心PCE物價數據，屆時金價極有可能走出逾20美元的大行情。因此在利率決議公佈之前預計黃金仍將在1190美元至1210美元區間內做震盪。
本交易日，數據事件較為清淡，需留意22:00的美國9月諮商會消費者信心指數。此外，特朗普將在聯合國大會上向全球領導人發表演講，演講的主旨是保護美國主權。如若其貫徹鷹派言論和貿易立場，美元資產可能重獲避險資金青睞，黃金可能因此承壓失血。
