美國碰到了伊朗硬骨頭
特朗普頻繁使用交易藝術，為美國也為自己賺足了好處。但是這次特朗普能否順利拿下伊朗這塊硬骨頭呢？目前市場的風向是怎樣的呢？
包括“特金會”的順利召開，緩解了朝鮮半島的緊張局勢；和俄羅斯態度曖昧不清逼迫歐盟成員國在北約上增加軍事支出，並試圖建立無關稅、無補貼、無壁壘的自由貿易區，在歐委會主席容克訪美後，歐洲的確增加了大豆進口，美國也暫時收斂鋒芒不實施汽車關稅徵收。
自從美國任性單邊退出伊朗核協議後，美伊兩國不斷交惡。特朗普此前在社交媒體上發表了一整段用大寫文字寫的文章，大致的意思是“永遠不要威脅美國，否則你將遭受到歷史上從未見過的嚴重後果。”
自從特朗普上臺後，一切都變了模樣，只要有悖於美國國家利益的事情他都可以否決，只要有礙謀求美國國家利益的多邊組織他都可以毅然退出（包括TPP、聯合國人權理事會、巴黎氣候協議）。
儘管特朗普嘴上說談判，但身體依舊很誠實，極限施壓仍是他慣用的伎倆，美國正式對伊實施制裁包括禁止購買美國的銀行票據、黃金和貴金屬貿易、鋼鐵、煤炭和汽車行業，與此同時約100家外企同意撤離這個風暴口。（故意避開了石油行業）
特朗普的政策要素包括四個方面言語上恐嚇動武的威脅、經濟上孤立後再加重制裁、外交上對人權、國內政策的大幅貶低。總統的顧問團隊對於這套方針執行的結果是滿意的，通過這套組合拳，朝鮮釋放了美國人質，並連續9個月沒有看到導彈試射。不過這一套可能並不適用於伊朗。
伊朗最大的殺器莫過於大家熱議的霍爾木茲海峽。為什麼這麼關鍵？因為這是波斯灣通往印度洋的唯一水道，是原油運輸的要道位置，關係著全球能源的供給來源。如果說伊朗真的封鎖該海峽，那麼原油產量瞬間會少20%，高盛曾預言美油保底計算今年可能達到120美元/桶，市場上還有200美元/桶的危言聳聽。
