特朗普挑起的貿易戰傷及自身

境外媒體稱，美國總統特朗普29日加深與新聞媒體的夙怨：在紐約時報發行人蘇茲伯格公開說，日前提醒特朗普對媒體不滿的煽動性言論可能導致暴力事件後，特朗普指控新聞記者不愛國且危害人命。
美國科氏工業集團掌門人科赫兄弟7月29日在科羅拉多州舉行的一場政治捐助會議上表示，特朗普總統的關稅貿易戰對美國非常有害，其貿易政策終將是一場災難。白宮的裂化政策正在給美國帶來長期損害。作為共和黨的“大金主”，科赫兄弟此番言論可以算是對特朗普政府的施壓。
過去兩個月裏，加利福尼亞州扁桃仁價格下跌了10%以上，一方面反映出扁桃仁大豐收的預期，另一方面反映出中國今年對美國扁桃仁加征高額關稅的預期。直到不久前，中國還是繼歐盟之後美國扁桃仁的第二大進口者。
報導稱，對中國商品加征任何幅度的關稅都將對美國海關和邊境保護局管理的328個正式入境口岸中的眾多口岸構成影響。2017年，有超過5050億美元的中國商品抵達這些口岸。此外，每年有1300億美元的美國產品和大宗商品通過這些口岸流向中國，從而形成3750億美元的商品貿易逆差。
美媒稱，美國商會7月30日上午警告，救助受該國總統特朗普發起的貿易戰影響的行業共需390億美元。
特朗普上周撥款120億美元救助因關稅不斷上升而受到不利影響的美國農民。現在，反對改變全球關稅體系的美國商會擔心，這些措施的實施範圍可能會擴大至美國經濟的其他領域。
美國消費者對食用肉的需求在增加，但消費量增速趕不上豬肉、雞肉空前高的產量。因此，美國食用肉行業對出口的依賴程度正在提高。同時，作為美國產肉製品最大進口國的墨西哥和中國，開始對美國產豬肉加征關稅，以此來反制美國加征鋼鋁關稅的行為。食用肉行業人士說，在這些國家的市場上，美國產火腿、豬肝等的價格急劇升高，導致銷量減少。
據報導，美國產豬肉的最大出口目的地墨西哥，6月對美國產豬肉徵收10%的關稅，本月則徵收20%的關稅。美國農業部稱，7月5日當周美國對墨西哥豬肉出口成交量降至年初以來的最低水準。
