林幽沃：油价下跌的原因和未来展望

美国WTI原油价格在近期受到重挫，从2018年10月初高位76.9美元/桶附近下跌至今53美元/桶附近，已经将2018年全年的涨幅抹去并且创出新低。美国WTI原油走出这样的行情，令原油市场的投资者无所适从。究竟是何种原因导致美国油价在2018年从神坛上走了下来呢？
我们要先知道美国油价是如何从两年前低位25美元/桶的价格上涨。
1，OPEC减产
将油价从频死边缘拉回来的主要是OPEC的减产政策。在当时油价的跌势无法阻挡，OPEC宣布进行减产来维稳油价，并且联手市场各大机构对油价进行控制。经历两年的时间，终于拯救美国油价回到60美元/桶上方，也完成当时减产的目标。
2，伊核协议
特朗普针对伊核协议意欲修改条例导致矛盾爆发。伊朗方面并无意再次为协议作出修改，而特朗普借此为由来对伊朗进行经济制裁，向盟国发出要求不再购买伊朗原油。市场上认为如果美国对伊朗实施改经济制裁，则原油供应缺口加大，令美国油价再次爆发上行至70美元/上方。
那么接下来，我们就可以来说美国油价究竟是如何下跌。
1，OPEC+增产
在这两年间OPEC体会到想控制美国油价必须要接纳更多的成员，目前OPEC+即原本OPEC和俄罗斯等非美产油大国的结合体。在美国油价回归正常水平上方的时候，OPEC+在2018年中期议会上讨论增产的细节。意味OPEC+的各成员国对美国油价已经满足，也能从此看出美国油价已经无法再度大涨的可能性。,
2，美国大量增产
特朗普在宣布对伊朗实施经济制裁后，大力发展本土原油产业，在短短数月间美国产量大幅增加，意图吞没伊朗在原油市场上的地位。可以说一切都是特朗普为自身政绩而对伊朗的布局，从美国原油数据来看，原油库存已经创出新高，这一消息是对WTI美国油价重大的打击。
后续看法：
本人认为，OPEC与美国都不会愿意再次看到油价再次暴跌，油价有机会在2018年剩余时间都将维稳在50美元-60美元的区间中。而到明年油价有望处于稳定的状态，整体波动有望收窄，以便产油国发展以及美联储观察通胀来控制加息节奏。
