在市场不断围绕美国市场的同时，欧洲市场也在蠢蠢欲动，毫无疑问本周焦点会是晚间的全球央行年会，这点也不用再过于强调，近两日欧洲方面也传来了一些消息，其中最重要的两点，希腊债务危机和英国脱欧，可谓喜忧参半，尽管英国发布了脱欧计划，但实质是让英国所有部门做好可能“无协议脱离欧盟”的准备。
希腊退出救助计划
自2009年开始，希腊开始出现债务危机，并且迅速爆发，让欧盟陷入困境，自此欧盟想尽办法不断帮助希腊，但当中出现了相当多的问题，还一度导致希腊可能拒绝还债以及脱出欧盟的可能。
近日，欧洲稳定机制当地时间8月20日发布声明表示，希腊正式退出了为期8年的国际救助计划。希腊债务危机总算是告一段落，但不代表希腊已经完全没有问题，未来还有多项经济问题等待希腊政府处理。
英国发布退欧计划
英国脱欧的问题已经持续影响了两年多的时间，自2016年成功脱欧后，英国政府不断寻求最少的代价退出欧盟，但一直无法和欧盟达成一致的共识，至此时间愈发逼近的情况下，依旧进展不大，因此目前极大可能出现硬脱欧的情况。
此前，英国政府首次发布一系列技术建议，以便让英国所有部门，包括企业和百姓做好可能“无协议脱离欧盟”的准备。英国脱欧大臣拉布称，迫切希望脱欧谈判速度加快，有充分的理由认为，即使没有达成脱欧协议，双方也会有诚意和合作。
