林幽沃：土耳其爆发的货币风波

近段时间以来土耳其货币风波成为市场关注热点，各处散布出新一轮全球金融危机有可能已经悄悄来临的消息。只因过去在美元强势的升值周期中，往往出现新兴市场货币快速贬值，并且外债到达偿还时间，在无力偿还的情况下宣布破产，导致金融危机的到来。那么本次土耳其里拉的大幅贬值，会否引发新一轮的金融危机？

一，经济体的体积
土耳其的经济体量位于全球排名第17名并不算太大，换句话来说，如果土耳其真的发生危机，直接影响到的应该是与其贸易较为频繁的国家。而土耳其一直希望加入欧盟，此前甚至有数次只差临门一脚就能加入，但最终亦未能得偿所愿。据数据显示，德国、中国与俄罗斯分别是土耳其贸易伙伴的前三，最终如果金融危机爆发，可能会受到一定的牵连。
二，美元升值周期
在过去的几次美元升值周期中，都引发一些欠有外债的国家无法偿还的结局，导致金融危机爆发。经济萧条加上偿还债务到期的情况下，将引发资金链的断裂。而本次土耳其的状况非常吻合，国内产业单一无法转型升级，依赖出口带动经济增长，以及依赖外国资金进行投资。在美元升值以及资金逃离的情况下，土耳其里拉汇率下跌成必然的现象。
三，全球经济环境
特朗普发动的贸易问题应该是压到土耳其最后一根救命草，在美元升值的环境下外资逃离，继续加紧发展贸易本来是土耳其的最优选择。但此时特朗普开始征收关税，令全球贸易状态陷入困局，土耳其失去最大的收入来源，市场也有因为该原因而选择撤离土耳其。
总结：
本次土耳其危机受到市场重点关注，就类似前段时间希腊债务危机一样。虽然当前现象有发生金融危机的征兆，但正所谓所有人都知道的事影响就会较少，如果毫无征兆地发生，才能造成黑天鹅的飞出。本次土耳其发生货币快速贬值问题，有可能只是一根引火线，最终烧到哪里，我们不得而知。
