林幽沃：贸易摩擦成G20主要议题

在过去的周末举行G20财长会议继续延续之前G7会议上的气氛，美国因为贸易问题依然成为各国攻击的对象。贸易摩擦将会持续影响全球经济增长，G20财长会议上讨论主题围绕新兴市场正面临急剧动荡，以及资本有可能大幅外流的危险。
而在G20公报的草案上提及到另一议题是由贸易摩擦所衍生的风险，草案中警告全球贸易摩擦可能会导致金融系统出现问题，如果贸易摩擦进一步刺激到金融系统以及地缘政治风险上升的局面，将会导致全球出现新一轮的危机。
美国财长在会议上态度有所软化，称愿意达成自由贸易协议。大田环球贵金属林幽沃认为，在过去的公开宣言中，大部分的美国官员都赞成自由贸易，如果特朗普不肯让步的话，无论他人如何表达出自由贸易的意愿亦无用。
法国财长称，如果美方不撤销钢铝关税，将难以想象欧盟会与美国谈判贸易协议。如果特朗普政府对欧盟国家实施更多关税，除了再次采取报复性行动之外、将别无选择。
从目前大环境来看，美国发动加征关税的动作，有可能引发其他国家的集体抱团对抗，最终的局面可能变成特朗普拿起石头砸自己脚的情况。但由于美国经济复苏领先全球，特朗普依然有谈判的资本，利用加征关税将各国拉向谈判桌，收取“保护费”。
