林幽沃：离岸人民币暴跌 刷新年内新低
在欧美等国陆续进入加息周期、中美贸易战影响以及央行开展的一系列定向降准操作，美元兑离岸人民币连涨九天创五个月来最低水平，直至6月26日午间14：00报价6.5571，已经抹去2018年的全部跌幅。目前，资金在欧美加息的压力下选择在新兴市场撤离，在未来一个较长的周期内，人民币依然会面临一定的贬值压力。
美联储以及欧洲央行加息的影响力
美联储的加息已经是老话常谈了，目前由于鲍威尔在6月利率决议后的新闻发布会发表鹰派言论，点阵图中显示2018年还有2次加息的机会。基准利率的提升支撑着美国债券收益率的上行，令资金开始撤离新兴经济体。
欧洲央行在“英国脱欧”“债务危机”等问题有解决方案后，终于迎来第一次加息的机会。欧元作为第二大流通货币吸引力加大，也成为撤离新兴经济体资金的一个去处。
贸易战
贸易战无论对人民币还是美元都有巨大的影响力，从目前的谈判中，美国多次出尔反尔推翻谈判的成果，坚持征收对中国高科技产品的关税。这一行为主要针对的是“中国制造2025”，抑制中国科技公司的发展。
由于在未来十年内我国都主要围绕“中国制造2025”来开拓新经济，当前如果美国刻意打压我国科技公司，资金对这一状态保持谨慎或寻求更加安全的资产进行投资。
央妈定向降准
很多人认为降准和减息的影响是一样的，但其实在实际上，降准更多的是帮助金融机构缓解资金压力，让资金的流动性增加。而减息则是帮助企业能在获得成本较低的资金进行项目的进展。
央妈的降准是应对近期民企、上市公司等频现债务兑付危机，最近一次降准释放7000亿流动性让企业应对本次的债务偿还问题，对于股市、汇率的影响甚少。
