王垣鑫：弹劾不切实际 美国人跪着等特朗普结束任期
在这个世界上有这么一种人，或许我们不能否认他才华横溢，但其独立独行的风格却确实引人反感，美国总统特朗普就是这样的一种人，“地产之王”是他的称号，投资范围包括赌场、高尔夫球场等，当过节目主持人，担任过“环球小姐”选美大赛的主席。美国杂志《福布斯》曾评估特朗普资产净值约为45亿美元，特朗普则称超过100亿美元。就是这样的一个人从当上美国总统的那一刻起，就将其自身再度曝光在了世人面前，但随之而来的却是一片骂声。
大田环球贵金属留意到最新民调显示，美国人认为，特朗普是近40年领导美国7任总统中最差的一位。总统特朗普的支持率只有39％，多达42％的受访美国人认为他应该被弹劾，这同1974年3月民调显示43％受访者认为时任总统尼克逊应被弹劾下台不相上下。当年的“水门事件”曝光之后，哈里斯民调对尼克逊构成很大的困扰，几个月后众议院启动弹劾总统，同年8月尼克逊为避开弹劾而宣布辞职。
前总统克林顿1998年也曾面对弹劾风险，当时的民调显示29％受访者赞成弹劾克林顿，相比之下不满特朗普的人似乎多得多。尽管有民主党人确实在党内和国会中发起弹劾特朗普，可是大多数民主党议员包括党内重要人物反对在此时弹劾他。众议院少数党领袖、加利福尼亚州民主党众议员佩洛西5月在CNN的讨论会上说：“我不认为弹劾是一项政策议程。”
但其实要弹劾总统是不实际的，特朗普是共和党的实际领导人，共和党在参众两院都占有多数优势，而弹劾需要获得多数议员的支持，因此民主党的弹劾议案都过不了关。参议院少数党领袖、民主党纽约州参议员舒默已经表明，将等特别检察官穆勒的调查结果出炉后，才决定是否要弹劾总统。“我们需要搜集所有的证据，然后将获得结论……对我而言，弹劾会造成分裂。”佩洛西也持类似观点，她说：“如果有了证据，那就需要通过两党来进行。如果被视为是党派的行动，这将使国家分裂，我不认为我们应该这么做。”
有分析指出，87％的共和党人与亲共和党人反对弹劾总统，71％的民主党人支持弹劾。如果提出弹劾，两党必将形成对峙。看来还是那句老话，自己选的总统，就算跪着也要等他干完。
