大田金業讲故事：两个挑水和尚的故事
东西两座山，两座山上各有一座寺庙。两山之间有一道峡谷，峡谷中奔流着清澈的溪水。两座庙各有一个和尚每天下山挑水，久而久之，他们成了无话不谈的好朋友——但他们谁也没到对方修行的寺庙中走过。
3年的时间过去了。突然有一天，东山的和尚没有来挑水。西山的和尚想，他可能因事儿没来挑水。过了3天，东山的和尚还是没有来挑水，西山的和尚想，他可能病了没来挑水。半个月时间过去了，东山的和尚还是没有来挑水，西山的和尚沉不住气了。工作之余，他第一次爬上了东山，想看个究竟。
登上山顶，一个和尚的身影映入了眼帘——他正在悠闲地打太极拳——正是东山的挑水和尚。东山和尚热情地把他带到一口井边，告诉他：在老和尚的指点下，3年来，自己用每天挑水剩余的时间挖一口井，现在井挖成了，从此再也不用下山挑水了。
西山的和尚听了，嘴张得老大老大，半天也没缓过神来。
