大田金業讲故事：分粥的故事
管理学中，有一个几乎人尽皆知的分粥故事。故事的梗概是：
有一群人住在一起，由于食物短缺，大家每天只能分一大桶粥，每个人都希望自己喝到的粥能稠一点、多一点。于是，如何分粥就成了一个很棘手的问题。
一开始，他们决定轮流分粥。可是在轮换期间每人只有一天是饱的，就是自己分粥的那一天。
后来，他们决定推选出一个德高望重的人来分粥。强权会产生腐败，于是大家挖空心思去讨好分粥的人，久而久之，他也不能免俗，开始关照亲近自己的人，结局是大家怨声载道。
再后来，他们决定组建一个分粥委员会和一个评价委员会，前者负责分粥，后者负责监督粥分得是否公平。但两个委员会经常争吵，互相攻击，粥吃到嘴里全是凉的，大家又觉得这样做效率太低。
最后，讨论出来一个办法：仍然是轮流分粥，但分粥的人要等其他人都挑完后拿剩下的最后一碗。为了不让自己吃亏，每个分粥的人都尽量公平，这时候“谁来分”反而不重要了。
