歐元兌美元創新低，負利率政策惹爭論

歐洲央行行長拉加德11日在法國斯特拉斯堡表示，歐洲央行正著手應對數位化、氣候變化以及歐元系統結構缺陷三大結構性挑戰。
歐洲央行1月份啟動貨幣政策戰略評估，計畫年底前完成。拉加德強調，歐洲央行將評估數位化快速發展、環境可持續性發展面臨威脅、全球化以及金融結構演變如何進一步改變貨幣政策運行環境。
拉加德說，更富彈性的歐洲經濟貨幣聯盟將提高歐元區的抗風險能力，也將支撐歐洲的全球影響力，包括使歐元在世界範圍內更具吸引力。
