美联储或将提前减码 金价跌势加重

联储局(FED)公布10月份会议纪录显示，与会委员多数看好景气展望，未来几个月内，如果数据证明经济情势进一步改善，将考虑缩减目前每月850亿美元的购债额度。会议记录公布后，而黄金现货跌势则是更为加重。时间回朔到10月30日召开的货币决策会议上，联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)当时以9比1的票数通过所有宽松货币措施不变，且声明稿上的用字遣词所表示之立场与之前并无二致。不过，会议记录透露的讯息却不是这么一回事，除了低利率政策依旧稳如泰山外，FOMC不仅深入讨论放缓购债的细节，甚至还拟定数套剧本，希望降低冲击。当日公布的会议纪录也刚好可以解释为何在过去24个小时之内，FED主席柏南克与圣路易分行总裁James Bullard等两位鸽派大将不约而同、或明或暗释出QE近期可能减码的讯息。
至于QE如何缩减，各方说法不一。有一派认为公债、不动产抵押债券(MBS)应该同步，但也有委员指出，MBS缩减的力道应该放轻以支持房市复苏。另外，有鉴于明年失业率就有可能降至6.5%的升息门坎调，部分FOMC委员提议调降失业率目标，以向市场宣示长期低率政策不变，但也有委员担心，如此作将使FED的公信力受损。嘉实XQ全球赢家报价系统显示，截至北京时间21日04时28分(GMT+8)止，黄金现货价格盘中重挫2.35%(29.77美元)，暂报1243.7美元。
