特朗普税改初获成效
美国总统特朗普上周雄心勃勃地推出了全面税收改革的新计划，将企业税税率从当前的35%降至20%，以全面提振经济竞争力，刺激国内就业。如果说特朗普税改的真正效果如何尚有待观察的话，那么欧盟方面却正在用自己真真切切的行动来告诉世人：该如何用横征暴敛的苛政之举把企业主连同他们所创造的就业岗位一起从自己的土地上赶走。
虽然，以机构臃肿、效率低下而著称的欧盟从来就不吝于展现其对盘剥实业企业所得的税金之无比渴望，但他们这回却掐着时间点做了一件能把原来看似普普通通的特朗普税改烘托得无比英明神勇之举，而这也或许正让特朗普及其白宫同僚笑得合不拢嘴——欧盟刚刚以类似“莫须有”的理由重罚了美国电商巨头亚马逊近3亿美元，而且还强迫爱尔兰政府向苹果公司追讨153亿美元的税金，尽管爱尔兰方面曾一再表示不需要这笔钱。
欧盟此举无疑正让全球所有意欲在欧洲市场扩展业务的跨国公司心寒，在特朗普力推减税和欧盟无节制横征暴敛的状况下，应该在哪一边布设更多的业务，投入更多的人手，大家心中也都有一杆秤。而更重要的是，特朗普还许诺，从海外撤回美国本土的企业业务更可以在限定时期内享受10%的特别最惠税率。于是，欧盟方面不合时宜在税务举措，便给特朗普税改起到了“神助攻”效果。
而在特朗普打出“减税”与“去监管”两张王牌的情况下，欧盟却仍在继续执迷不悟。之所引一再强迫爱尔兰政府从苹果公司追讨税款，只是因为不能有任何国家在欧盟的框架内充当“出头鸟”擅自减税，以免对财政负担更重的邻国造成“不公”。在德国大选刚刚落幕，亲商政党获得了财长职位，同时法国总统马克龙也中意进行全面税改强化本国竞争力之际，布鲁塞尔当局拿爱尔兰与苹果公司的税务问题旧账重翻，或许也有“杀鸡儆猴”之意。
而之前在看到了表面的数据表现，自以为欧洲经济在经历了10年动荡之后终于能够重返正轨的市场“乐观人士”，在目睹了过去半个月在欧洲发生的这一幕幕之后，或许也只能再度望洋兴叹了。
