德国10月GfK消费信心指数略降至10.0
周三(9月28日)公布的调查结果显示,德国消费者信心在即将进入10月之际略微恶化,但仍处于逾10年以来最高位之一,这表明民间消费可能抵消出口走软的影响。
10月GfK消费者信心指数降至10.0,不及路透调查预估的持平于10.2。该指数根据对约2000名德国民众的调查得出。
创纪录的高就业水平,实质薪资的上升以及超低的贷款利率,都增强了德国民众的消费能力。
GfK称,10月信心微幅下滑,要归咎于与德国可能面临袭击威胁以及英国公投退欧经济影响相关的不确定性。
“这(英国公投退欧)对欧洲尤其是德国经济的影响仍完全未知,”GfK研究员Rolf Buerkl称。
“但GfK证实了2016年实际民间消费支出增长约2%的预期是可实现的,也是现实的,”他并称,“因此消费仍为德国经济成长的一个重要支柱。”
衡量经济预期的分项指数连续第三个月下滑,表明德国消费者担心未来几个月经济将转弱。
夏季期间公布的数据和信心调查描绘了一幅喜忧参半的德国经济图景。
7月工业生产创下23个月最大降幅,出口出人意料地录得近一年最大下滑,这些都表明随着海外需求、尤其是亚洲需求的转弱,德国制造业正在失去动能。
然而9月德国企业信心触及28个月高位,之前的8月曾因英国退欧而大幅下滑。
Buerkl表示:“消费者似乎感到德国经济未来几个月的走势将更为温和。”
GfK调查还显示,消费者对于收入的预期和支出意愿依旧稳健,都保持在50上方,尽管上月有所下降。
