美国7月大城市房价同比增幅小于预估
标准普尔(Standard & Poor’s)公司周二(9月27日)公布的数据显示，美国7月S&P/CS20个大城市房价指数较上年同期上升5.0%，分析师预估为上升5.1%。6月为增长5.1%。
今天的报告还显示，7月美国独栋房屋价格同比涨幅略小于预估，且增幅较上月缩窄。
此外，美国7月S&P/CS20个大城市地区房价指数经季节性调整后与前月持平%，与分析师预估一致。
标普道琼斯指数公司指数委员会主席、董事总经理David Blitzer称，“楼市和经济继续扩张，房价以约5%的年增幅增长。没有理由担忧短期内房价会出现又一轮大规模崩跌。”
更多数据显示，7月未经季节性调整的房价较6月上升0.6%。
报告称，丹佛、西雅图和俄勒冈州的波特兰三个城市的房价按年涨幅最大。
