周二，全美房地产经纪人协会（NAR）公布的数据显示，美国1月成屋销售总数增长547万户，环比上涨0.4%，超出预期的下跌2.5%。此次美国成屋销售合约数继续增加并远好于预期，表明美国房地产市场正在缓慢复苏，开始呈良好态势发展，助推经济增长。
具体数据显示：
美国1月成屋销售总数年化547万户，预期532万户，前值546万户。
美国1月成屋销售总数年化环比0.4%，预期-2.5%，前值14.7%。
美国1月成屋销售总数达到547万户，环比涨0.4%，成屋销售总数年化创下6个月里新高，1月成屋销售速度创下自2007年2月以来第二高位。同时较上一年同期增长11%，是自2013年7月以后最大的同比增长。东、南、西、北四个地区里，西部是唯一出现成屋销售总数下降的地区。
1月美国成屋销售价格中位数上涨至21.38万美元，较上一年同期增长8.2%，是继去年4月份以后的最大增长。
1月份美国成屋库存环比增长了3.4%，至182万户，但是同比下降2.2%，待售成屋库存量达到4个月销量，较上月的3.9个月增长。
