国际评级机构标普将日本主权信用评级从AA-下调至A+，前景展望稳定。
昨日的日本央行货币政策会议对增加刺激措施避而不谈，日本央行认为，国内经济会继续温和复苏，宽松政策正发挥预期效果，将关注风险，适时调整政策；将继续实行超级宽松，直至稳定实现2%的通胀目标。
标普称，“我们认为日本政府的经济振兴策略，即‘安倍经济学’，将无法在接下来2-3年内扭转形势的恶化。”
标普认为，日本经济恢复的水平，已经不足以支撑此前的评级。最新评级A+仍为投资级。
随着日本央行持续推进资产购置计划，日本主权债务收益和债券风险保持低位，10年期政府债券收益率周三为0.37%。
标普还称，日本仍是相对高收入经济体，预计2015财年日本人均GDP接近33100美元。日本疲软的财政情况对其信用产生负面影响，但未来两年日本政府负债将放缓。
自2012年底再度上台以来，日本首相安倍晋三一直不遗余力的推动货币宽松、货币贬值等一系列刺激政策，希望扭转日本经济长久以来的颓势，即所谓的“安倍经济学”。但实施两年多来，“安倍经济学”却并未起到预期的效果。
