美元疲软 非美货币受追捧 金价保持向好

【基本面】
美国联储局将在下周议息，市场一般估计今次会议上不会有什么重大声明，以维持买债规模为主，其实联储局内部委员对退市与否渐渐两极化。
支持退市的委员皆认为在2012年下半年至到整个2013年，美国一般或重要的经济数据也显示美国经济正逐步复苏之中，可以开始一步步的放慢甚至停止量化宽松，以免令美国的负债一日比一日庞大。至于另一面的看法则相反，担心虽然数据做好，但仍未足以到达退市的指标，通胀2％以下，失业率6.5％这两大准则，现时失业率仍在7.3％水平，远低于退市的准则。委员们担心一但过早退市，市场一但承受不到，之前辛苦建立的可能短时间内毁于一旦，反而拖累经济增长，恶劣程度甚至可能令美国经济再度衰退。
其实从其他国家身上可以见到反对退市的委员的观点不是没有道理，例如巴西早在两年前已经开始加息，但由于过早加息令资金不停涌入，游资过剩，失去生活上的平衡，最后还是要再度减息，加上伯南克离任在即，亦未必需要在离任前令市况过份波动，预计今天仍在1328－1348之间上落。
【行情分析】
金价于早市继续整固，最低见1330美元，及至午市欧元创日内新高，金价上升挑战1340美元关囗。欧元为国际金价近期来比较参考性高的指标，欧元走势强劲，屡创近期高位，而金价于1250美元附近回补裂囗后亦重拾升势，受美国非农就业人数变化影响利好，金价受支持，上升空间亦较大。此外，美国经济数据欠佳，资金重投非美货币市场。
受技术面的因素影响，投资者可参考欧元走势，因美元走势疲软，非美货币受追捧，国际金价落后欧元，故此欧元为一个参考性较高的指标。黄金价格为1340附近，短暂上望1380美元并挑战下半年高位1440美元，金价依然保持向好。
