德拉吉：除了低利率 我们别无选择
欧洲央行行长德拉吉近日发表强硬言论: “除了低利率，我们别无选择。”
德拉吉在亚洲发展银行的讲话称，低利率并非对经济有害，只是对金融机构造成压力，因为在收益基金走软的情况下存款利率也随之降低。
但这也说明一些深层次的问题，即全球投资严重疲弱，因对经济前景的担忧个人和企业更加倾向于存储而非消费和投资。
德拉吉表示：“目前面对持续的产出缺口和过低的通胀，我们的货币政策正通过将市场利率控制在低于长期水平的方式刺激经济。在经济过度松弛得到缓解以及通胀变化再次以可持续方式符合物价稳定之前，采取持续的扩张政策，我们目前没有其他选择。”
德拉吉还表示，欧洲未来的不确定性正在对欧洲大陆的经济构成损害。唯一可能的策略空间是调整政策组合，也就是调整货币和财政政策的平衡。消除这种不确定性，将有助于刺激消费，释放欧洲大陆的投资。
对欧洲央行负利率意见最大可能要属德国。德国财长上个月曾对德拉吉发出警告，称极宽松政策将会带来灾难。
德拉吉却坚称，当前的低利率会持续一段时间，且后期还有进一步走低的可能。
