英女王启动公投进程 镑/美跌至三周低位

英镑/美元周三(5月27日)触及英国选举后的最低水平，此前英国女王在议会发表演时启动了英国就是否留在欧盟将进行公投的进程。 英国女王伊丽莎白二世宣布，保守党政府计划在执政的第一年通过在2017年底之前就英国欧盟成员国地位进行公投的法案。英国首相卡梅伦曾表示，会在2017年底前举行这公投，他目前面对的压力是给出公投举行的确切时间，以及他希望欧盟会进行怎样的改革。
英镑/美元下跌最多0.6%，至1.5301，为5月8日来最低，当日英国公布选举结果，卡梅伦领导的中右翼保守党意外在议会中赢得多数议席。
“过去几日很多人买入英镑，所以市场寻找入一切理由卖出这些仓位，所以英镑有如此反应，”法国农业信贷集团外汇策略欧洲主管Adam
Myers指出，“尽管英国很可能希望留在欧盟，但在英镑走强以来，任何政治不确定性都是引发少量英镑头寸挤仓或被出脱的很好的理由。”
分析师一直对英国退出欧盟表示担忧。许多人表示，这将对英国经济带来风险。
希腊和债权人接近达成协议的消息提振欧元。欧元/英镑上涨0.5%，报0.71015，从稍早触及的0.70565的两个半月低位回落。
英国周四将公布第一季GDP数据修正值，预计较上年同期成长2.5%。这可能为英镑走势设定方向。
