美国初请数据意外走高

2015年5月28日，美国公布的经济数据总体好坏参半，美国最近一周的初请失业金人数意外增加至28.2万，表现不及预期。
美国劳工部周四（5月28日）发布的报告显示，5月23日当周美国首次申请失业金人数意外增加7000，经季调后的总数达到28.2万，创五周新高，逊于接受MarketWatch调查的经济学家平均预期的27万。不过，这仍然是美国初请失业金人数连续第12周维持在30万关口以下，显示劳动力市场依然强劲。美国劳工部在报告中将此前一周的初请失业金人数从27.4万上修至27.5万。报告显示，过去四周初请失业金人数均值增加5000，至271,500人。截至5月16日的一周持续申领失业金人数增加1.1万，至220万。但4月成屋签约销售环比升幅意外地强劲扩大至3.2%。
令人失望的经济数据提振金价。受过去一周强劲的经济数据影响，金价已自近来高位下跌3%。很多投资者仍相信经济已经获得足够的动能，美联储将在今年稍晚升息。此举将损及金价。当利率上涨，黄金难以与其他有息资产竞争。 Julius Baer商品研究分析师Carsten Menke称:“美国经济需要持续的疲软，才会令美联储放松政策而非收紧。” “但我们预计目前不会这样，因此我们对金价维持看空观点。”旧金山联储主席约翰·威廉姆斯（John Williams）称，随着美国经济在一个疲弱的第一季度之后出现反弹，美联储极有可能在2015年内的某个时候开始提高利率。
美国初请数据意外走高 黄金微涨仍困加息 麦格理银行(Macquarie)分析师特纳(Matthew Turner)认为，投资者一度押注美联储(FED)将会在未来收紧货币政策上放慢脚步，虽说这样的预期现在被证明是错误的，但美国联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)显然排除了在2016年采取行动的可能性。该分析师指出，黄金市场表现得就像垂死挣扎一样，“就像即将面临大考一样，但最终结果可能其实并没有那么糟糕”，但所有人都感到诚惶诚恐，因而并不愿意大举持仓。
欧洲央行(ECB)副总裁冈斯坦西欧强调了希腊局势的严重性，公开谈及希腊可能违约，将是欧元区内首见。 希腊债务危机恶化会刺激对金币和金条的需求。黄金通常被视为对冲政治和金融风险的工具，但影响通常短暂。 之前一个交易日中大涨3.55%的雅典综合指数周四跌1.69%，收于837.41点。不过希腊国债价格维持高位，两年期债券收益率下跌48个基点至22.54%，十年期国债收益率下降17个基点至10.86%。
实货市场中，香港政府统计处周四发布的数据显示，4月份由香港净流入中国内地的黄金量按月减少21.3%，连续第三个月下跌，且跌幅较前一个月明显加快。
