歐洲時段，美元指數創27個月新低，受到令人失望的美國數據和刺激計畫談判僵局的影響，新冠疫情給美國經濟帶來的巨大衝擊，對美國大選不確定的擔憂也令美元承壓。交易員們料會著眼從定於北京時間週四淩晨發佈的美聯儲最新會議紀要以及週四晚間發佈的美國首次申請失業救濟人數數據中尋找匯市未來走勢的線索，只要美國國會就追加刺激計畫進行的談判依然僵持不下，美元要想走高便會很難。
歐洲時段，歐元兌美元創2018年5月以來的27個月新高，美元繼續遭遇拋售，非美貨幣集體走高，歐盟統計局日前發佈的經濟數據顯示，儘管歐盟經濟在二季度出現大幅下滑，但隨著不斷出臺刺激措施和逐步復工複產，一些經濟指標呈現觸底回升信號；瑞穗對沖基金銷售主管Neil Jones表示，美元疲軟並沒有結束，因此我不會加入認為美元空頭過度紮堆的陣營，歐元有足夠的動能，還有正面的人氣，因此我認為歐元兌美元還有更多上漲空間。
歐洲時段，美元兌日元三連跌，創一周半新低至105.37，美元弱勢不堪，同時日元近期避險表現更勝一籌，據一位匯市交易員稱，伴隨美元的普遍疲軟，短線基金增持了美元兌日元空頭。近期亞洲疫情有所反彈，韓首都圈19日零時起全面加強防疫管控，同時當前，日本疫情現“抬頭”趨勢，分析人士預測，日本經濟若想恢復到疫情之前的水準至少需要三年時間。

歐洲時段，美元兌加元創1月底以來的近七個月新低至1.3152，美元的溫和看跌壓力似乎使該貨幣對週一難以扭轉走勢，另一方面，市場情緒轉暖正在支撐原油價格，同時亞洲和美洲的原油需求增加也支撐加元，這打壓美元兌加元進一步下跌。目前市場密切關注的是加拿大央行週三即將公佈的通脹報告。市場預計7月份消費者物價指數（CPI）將從每月0.7％降至0.6％。低迷的加拿大通脹可能會增加加拿大央行進一步寬鬆的預期。
