英美陷入政局危機，冒險情緒下降

本周初歐元兌美元承受額外的下行壓力，因德國及歐元區製造業PMI表現不佳，歐元區經濟增長的持續減速為歐洲央行在更長期內實施更寬鬆貨幣政策創造了條件，並加劇了德國經濟在三季度陷入技術性衰退的風險，此外關稅問題也令歐元多頭叫苦不迭。
近日歐盟貿易負責人重申，如果美國總統特朗普繼續威脅要對歐盟汽車產品加征關稅，歐盟也將對美國徵收報復性關稅。
歐洲貿易專員塞西莉亞·馬爾姆斯特羅姆曾在5月批評特朗普的言論，該言論稱運往美國市場的歐盟汽車和汽車零部件對美國構成安全風險。特朗普政府自行設定今年11月中旬為截止日期，以決定是否限制此類產自歐盟的汽車和零部件進口。
歐元兌美元下個關鍵支撐位位於周度低點1.0965，一旦跌破此點位，那麼可能向下測試年度低點1.0926。
有關特朗普被彈劾的消息令投資者們保持謹慎，避險情緒升溫。當地時間9月24號下午，美國眾議院議長佩洛西宣佈計畫啟動正式的總統彈劾調查，總統候選人拜登亦表態支持彈劾總統。
分析師表示，從策略上來看，短線看跌歐元兌美元及歐元兌日元，本周初出爐的歐元區一系列製造業採購經理人指數疲軟，德國製造業板塊進一步惡化，凸顯了歐元區經濟增長進一步放緩，這導致歐元承受下行壓力，歐元兌美元向下測試1.0926關鍵支撐位的幾率越來越大。
