美國經濟可能需要至少兩年或更長時間才能恢復到疫情前水準，美聯儲也料在這一時間段內維持維持聯邦基金利率在0附近的低位。即便已經出臺了前所未有的貨幣寬鬆和財政支出措施後，圍繞進一步刺激措施的討論仍在進行，強化了市場看空美元的氛圍。
