黃金高位糾結，全球貿易形勢不容樂觀

7月7日，現貨黃金出現明顯走低，因為美元止跌反彈，影響黃金下行。雖然新冠疫情的蔓延讓市場對經濟復蘇信心有所打擊，但中國股市以及美國服務業數據的良好表現抵消了這一負面情緒。但同時全球貿易爭端逐漸升溫，限制了金價的下調空間。
美國佛羅里達州的大邁阿密地區成為美國最近一個撤回經濟重啟的地方，週一(7月6日)下令所有餐廳關閉堂食服務。全美新冠病例每日激增數萬例，死亡總數超過13萬。
但數據也顯示，美國6月服務業活動強力反彈，供應管理協會(ISM)6月非製造業活動指數跳升至57.1，幾近重返疫前水準。到目前為止，投資者認為，不太可能重新在美國全境實施大規模封鎖。
數據顯示，儘管有一些令人意外的領取者，但資金還是覆蓋了廣泛的領域，超過670億美元流向醫療保健和社會救助部門，640多億美元流向建築企業，540億美元流向製造業，70多億美元流向宗教組織。
美國重新在部分地區實施出行限制，投資者無法太快排除第二波新冠疫情的威脅。但近期的一些數據仍暗示，經濟最壞的時期可能已經過去，只是市場參與者不能將迅速而穩定的復蘇視為基本盤。黃金無法迅速有效衝破1790美元關口，投資者明顯感到糾結。
中國股市週二連續第六個交易日上漲，滬深300指數創2015年6月25日以來新高至4796.32點，上證綜合指數刷新2018年2月7日以來高位至3407.08點。
歐盟議員週一以壓倒性多數支持一項提案。歐洲議會貿易委員會的議員們以32：3的投票結果，決定擴大歐盟的權力，並阻止其他國家違反全球貿易規則。在與歐盟各國政府進行協商後，該提案可能會打折扣，但仍明確顯示布魯塞爾方面願意對貿易採取更強硬的態度。
允許歐盟在貿易爭端中更迅速地進行報復，明顯意在美國總統特朗普實施的關稅。歐盟執委會貿易執委郝根週一稍早表示，美國最近發起的一系列新的貿易調查完全不可接受。
