黃金漲勢受壓制，美元流動性面臨新困境

6月16日，現貨黃金正回復上漲趨勢，但美元指數止跌反彈，壓制了黃金的上漲接哦組，同時美聯儲開始公司債購買計畫，而且特朗普政府準備近萬億美元的基礎設施計畫，但市場出於對疫情的二次爆發的擔憂，美元流動性並不樂觀。
美聯儲表示，將從週二開始通過二級市場企業信貸工具(SMCCF)購買企業債券，剩餘期限在五年或以內的投資級公司債符合美聯儲購買資格。SMCCF是美聯儲最近推出的幾項緊急工具之一，目的是在新冠病毒大流行後改善市場運行。
該計畫針對的是那些在疫情爆發前狀況良好，但可能因規模太大而沒有資格獲得薪資保護計畫(PPP)幫助的企業提供信貸。它們現在可能需要融資來留住員工和維持運營。
PPP針對的是員工人數不到500人的企業，其提供的貸款可以在企業滿足一定要求的情況下轉換為撥款。而主街貸款計畫將通過參與的金融機構，向員工人數不超過1.5萬人或營收不超過50億美元的美國企業提供貸款，提供的貸款必須償還。
達拉斯聯儲主席卡普蘭週一表示，他預計第二季國內生產總值(GDP)環比年率將萎縮35%-40%，美國失業率到年底時或仍將保持在8%附近的高位，預計未來幾年通脹將保持低迷。
知情人士稱，特朗普政府正在準備一項近1萬億美元的基礎設施計畫，以推動美國經濟復蘇。運輸部的初步版本將大部分資金用於公路和橋樑等項目，但也將為5G無線基礎設施和農村寬頻留出資金。
該消息進一步證明，當局可能採取更多財政刺激措施，竭盡所能讓美國經濟重回正軌。股市等風險資產可能繼續上漲，投資者或將資金從黃金等避險資產中轉出。
投資者依然謹慎，美國不得不面對疫情再度升溫的窘境，到2020年底失業率仍將居高不下。只要隨著經濟繼續重啟，新增感染人數繼續上升，美元就很難走弱。
