黃金收復失地，新一輪疫情爆發，美國經濟難以承受

6月12日，現貨黃金重新走高，美國各州逐步接觸封鎖措施，病毒感染病例出現新一輪增加，市場擔憂疫情面臨二次爆發，但美國經濟目前承受不起再度停擺的風險，讓市場的避險情緒進一步強化。美國估計將再次注資，讓黃金收復空頭失地。
聯合國貿易和發展會議(UNCTAD)週四表示，因受疫情大流行打擊，包括汽車和能源在內的主要行業出現崩潰，第二季度國際貿易將驟降27%，年度總降幅將為20%。
美國各地設法全面重啟經濟已有一個月的時間，出現更多新增病例本就在所難免。偏偏在兩周前，種族歧視和員警暴行引發的全國性抗議活動導致人群聚集，加劇了惡局的到來。投資者別無選擇，只能擁抱黃金避險。
美國上周初請失業金人數減少，截至5月30日當周的續請失業金人數也在下降，可能說明已經重啟的企業吸納了一部分員工。但經濟活動反彈情況並不快速，也不一致。
他說：“我們不能再次讓經濟停擺。我認為，我們已經認識到，如果讓經濟停擺，就會造成更大的損害，而不僅僅是經濟上的損害。”他補充稱，這還包括其他問題，國會今年批准的3萬億美元冠狀病毒救助支出，到目前為止只有約1.6萬億美元滲透到經濟中。
從如何有效壓制新冠病毒的所作所為看來，美國目前仍然亂局重重。經濟無法重歸停擺，但染疫人數重新顯著上升會帶來沉重的經濟負擔，並引發新的潛在社會問題。未來幾周，政府決策官員可能面臨更艱難選擇。黃金在政經不確定性加劇的情況下明顯抗跌。
美國財長努欽在CNBC電視上說，他準備回到國會要求更多資金來支援經濟，但額外的資金將用於最需要的行業，包括酒店、餐廳、旅遊和娛樂公司，“下個月經濟將再獲注資超過1萬億美元……我們準備向國會要求更多資金來支援美國工人。”
美國經濟復工水準總體較低，不同行業復工步調不一致，加上疫情防控形勢面臨重新惡化，未來幾周，美國政府和美聯儲仍有可能推出新的刺激政策。這些潛在舉動可能觸發新一輪美元頹勢。
