美元承壓，黃金有機會，美國企業進一步悲觀

5月28日，由於國際關係緊張局勢再度升級，金價止跌反彈，同時美國一季度GDP下修，眾多企業對經濟復蘇感到較多的悲觀，美元繼續受到強勢歐元的壓制，但目前歐盟還沒有新的消息作為指引。
美聯儲週三發佈的褐皮書顯示，5月中之前，美國企業繼續受到新型冠狀病毒疫情的重創，儘管出現了一些希望的跡象，但幾乎沒人預計經濟會迅速復蘇。
美聯儲表示，即使放鬆了出行限制措施，大多數企業仍在努力應對疫情帶來的影響，“讓員工重返工作崗位面臨諸多挑戰，包括員工的健康問題、獲得兒童看護服務的機會有限，以及慷慨的失業金。”
美聯儲官員在3月將利率降至接近於零的水準，啟動了一輪無限制的資產購買計畫，並宣佈了一系列緊急貸款工具，以支持企業和家庭。國會還通過了近3萬億美元的經濟救助計畫。
歐元兌美元刷新4月1日以來高位至1.1035，但漲勢較過去兩日明顯放慢。歐盟執委會公佈了一項7500億歐元的計畫，以支持遭受新冠危機重創的經濟體。其中三分之二的資金(5000億歐元)用於贈款，其餘的2500億歐元用於貸款。
歐盟領導人一致認為，如果他們不能拯救目前處於自由落體狀態的經濟體，他們面臨的局面將比10年前引發分裂的債務危機更糟糕，那場危機曾煽動了歐洲懷疑主義，並險些造成歐元區分崩離析。
但歐盟兩個最大經濟體——德國和法國——上周僅提出了5000億歐元的贈款計畫。而以荷蘭為代表的一些歐盟北部成員國僅支持以貸款形式提供救助。這暴露出歐盟的裂痕，圍繞該計畫未來實施的疑慮仍不減。
分析師表示：“到目前為止，政策放鬆的力度是前所未有的。也許當前的一攬子措施將被證明是不夠的，但如果需要做更多的事情，那麼決策者總是可以這樣做，鑒於我們處在前所未有的境地，很難判斷需要多少支持，因此我們應該認可決策者迄今為止所做的一切。”
