金價跌幅受到牽制，歐盟復蘇計畫來襲

5月27日，全球經濟活動將緩慢重啟，黃金出現跌幅，但由於美元持續受壓制，金價跌幅優先，同時歐盟將擴大資金規模來實現歐洲經濟復蘇。同時國際關係的對抗程度加大，容易讓風險偏好惡化，支持了黃金的避險需求。
許多先前遭受新冠疫情嚴重衝擊的地方，現在正允許更多企業恢復常態運營，這導致投資者解除避險押注，金價錄得5月12日以來新低1697.65美元/盎司；但圍繞全球政經前景的角力，令金價跌勢受限。
歐元兌美元盤中一度下跌0.42%至1.0934，因歐洲央行副行長金多斯預測，稱歐元區2020年GDP料萎縮8%-12%。美元指數受到提振，最高上揚0.35%至99.347。
7500億歐元資金分為5000億歐元救助金和2500億歐元貸款。其中，義大利將獲得820億歐元救助金和910億歐元貸款，西班牙將獲得770歐元救助金和630億歐元貸款。義大利和西班牙是遭受新冠疫情衝擊最嚴重的歐盟成員國，兩國均有超過23萬人感染病毒。
法國和德國此前僅提議，設立一項規模達5000億歐元的復蘇基金，向受冠狀病毒疫情衝擊最嚴重的歐盟國家和行業撥款。但奧地利、瑞典、丹麥和荷蘭反對該計畫，呼籲採取貸款的形式。
消息人士表示，歐洲央行正在起草應急計畫，以在沒有德國央行參與的情況下實施其數萬億歐元的債券購買計畫，以防德國最高法院迫使該計畫的這一主要參與者退出。在這種最壞情境下，歐洲央行將史無前例地對其最大股東德國央行採取法律行動，使其重新參與購債計畫。
德國憲法法院要求歐洲央行在8月初之前證明其大規模購買政府債券計畫的合理性，否則只能在德國央行不參與的情況下繼續該計畫。德國央行本應執行購債計畫中逾四分之一的公債購買。
迄今為止，德國政府表現出樂觀態度，認為這種情況是可以避免的。德國總理默克爾本月稍早對黨內高層官員表示，如果歐洲央行對該計畫加以解釋，問題是”可以解決的”。將德國排除在歐洲央行的旗艦刺激計畫之外，會引發有關歐元區解體的猜測。而這也是德國政府一直試圖平息的。
