如果那些反對大規模支出的國家設法沖淡該計畫,那麼歐元和南歐債券將受到衝擊。索羅斯甚至直言,若歐盟不發行永久債券(無到期日債券)幫助義大利等較弱勢的成員國,就有可能分裂。可以想像真到那一步,歐洲乃至全球金融市場將迎來新的海嘯。
