黃金又創新低，需警惕美國“投資關門”

國際金價刷新近日低位，而貿易進展向好則進一步提高了市場的人氣，而且之前美國公佈的數據向好，推升美元指數進一步刷新高位。但市場對貿易前景持謹慎態度，而且美國聯邦通信委員會禁止採購中興和華為的設備。
市場正密切關注全球兩最大經濟體在年內達成協議的可能性。《環球時報》刊文稱中美十分接近達成第一階段經貿協議。
有報導稱，美國聯邦通信委員會（FCC）22日一致決定，初步將華為和中興公司列為構成國家安全威脅的企業，將禁止美電信運營商使用“通用服務基金”採購華為和中興的服務和設備。
國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)總裁格奧爾基耶娃表示，國際貿易體系亟需改革，以更好地反映當下的經濟現實並更具包容性。唯有這樣，驅動全球經濟增長的貿易才能開足馬力，動力才不會閒置。
在談到世界經濟和全球化進程面臨的挑戰時，她說，一些經濟體的寬鬆貨幣政策總體而言起到了提振經濟的作用，但低利率政策維持時間過長有可能推升投資者風險偏好，從而增加金融系統脆弱性。
分析師稱：“美國經濟確實還需要克服一些障礙，企業支出依然存在問題，服務業方面似乎比預期要弱。這其中既有貿易問題，也有英國脫歐以及其他地緣風險問題。”
在任何給定年份中，經濟衰退的可能性都無法絕對排除。但如果美中能夠達成協議，2020年企業將變得更具信心，投資支出會重新增加，也將進一步提升美元相較其他主要貨幣的吸引力。
