王垣鑫：拜登签署救助法案，黄金高位大幅回撤
本周金价在周一大幅下挫虚破1700整数关口后开启低位反弹走势，昨日金价亚欧盘时段进一步延续震荡反弹走势，价格直接站上1730上方但1740一线压力效果强劲，金价承压后大幅下滑美盘收回日内所有涨幅并重新回落至1720附近，短时间内回落趋势有所放缓价格在1720-1730区间内震荡整理。
拜登完成首个重大立法项目
消息方面在当地时间3月11日，美国总统拜登签署了1.9万亿美元的，新冠纾困救助法案标志着该法案正式生效。新一轮刺激法案将耗资1.9万亿美元，包含向个人分发支票、延长失业保险、向州和地方政府拨款、提高疫苗接种和检测能力等多个方面，该法案是拜登政府任内的首个重大立法项目，同时也标志着拜登完成了此前对选民的上任100天内为符合条件的美国人分发1400美元的支票的承诺。
欧洲央行无意加快购债速度
据知情官员透露，多数欧洲央行决策者无意扩大其1.85万亿欧元紧急购债计划，尽管他们周四承诺将加快购债步伐以控制收益率。这名官员表示，欧洲央行管委会周四做出的在未来三个月“大幅加快购买步伐”的决定，意味着购债的速度要快于计划的时间表所暗示的速度。如果经济允许，购债就会放缓。政策决定者一致认为，由于近几周收益率上升，金融环境出现一定程度收紧，但大多数官员表示并不太担心。
金价大幅回撤留意1720防守情况
从日线级别上看金价昨日冲高于MA20附近位置承压，虽然最终录得带长上影线形态，暗示上方均线压力生效，但目前MACD指标双线已经出现金叉表示短时间内正处于反弹调整过程当中，需留意下方MA5均线支撑效果。四小时级别方面，虽然价格出现大幅度回落但整体低位反弹走势目前依然保存良好，现价段价格有重新向上攻击MA5均线的迹象，若能成功日内或能看到新一轮反弹过程的延续，但下方需重点留意1720支撑，不能成功将价格守稳在1720上方，或有重新开启回落过程的风险。
